Veros Real Estate Solutions (Veros) in Santa Ana, California, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle AP process across affiliated companies. You will review invoices, code them, obtain approvals, and process payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting month-end close activities.

Formación

• An AA/BA with 1-2 years of experience, or 3-5 years of Accounting experience with no degree.
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Experience with Coupa or similar purchasing systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Maintain vendor files, including W-9 collection and setup of new vendors.
• Prepares annual 1099 preparation and reporting.
• Process weekly payment runs and ensures timely vendor payments.
• Prepare month-end GL reconciliations through journal entry and AP reporting.
• Administer the Coupa purchasing system and support purchase order workflows.
• Review and process expense reports.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
