Job summary

Del Playa Group is seeking a highly motivated full-charge bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for U.S.-based clients, handling the full cycle from A/P and A/R to payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Intacct, strong organization, and the ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific Time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Intacct and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in U.S. hours (Pacific Time).

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily sales from online platforms to revenue per US GAAP.
• Cash/Bank reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable/Expenses and Treasury and disbursements.
• Accounts Receivable/Revenue and Payroll, Benefits and Compliance.
• Inventory and COGS; Tax returns and Compliance.
• Prepare monthly bank, credit card, and merchant account reconciliations and provide management reports.
