Job summary

Orqa FPV is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations, inventory accounting, sales tax compliance, and month-end close. This hybrid role allows mostly remote work with occasional in-person sessions near Bradenton, FL.

The ideal candidate will handle FIFO costing, multi-state tax filings, and GAAP-compliant reporting, while supporting the transition from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

• Must have FIFO inventory costing experience and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax filing and vendor/AP-AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory records and COGS using FIFO methodology.
• Perform month-end close in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage AP/AR workflows and cash flow monitoring.
• Support ERP transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
