Zusammenfassung

GRF, Focus Partners Business Management is seeking a full-charge Bookkeeper based in our San Rafael, CA office. You will manage AP/AR, reconciliations, 1099s, payroll support, and year-end tax package prep for entertainment clients.

Must have 2+ years in entertainment bookkeeping or 3+ years general accounting. Strong communication and detail focus are essential; AgilLink experience is highly preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years bookkeeping in entertainment business management or 3+ years general accounting
• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Experience with AgilLink software is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
• Keen eye for detail with urgency
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills (time management, emotional intelligence, listening, critical thinking)

Aufgaben

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform credit card and bank reconciliations
• Maintain electronic filing system
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and client representatives by phone, email, and in person
• Prepare/review 1099 reports and journal entries
• Assist payroll processing and related reporting
• Print reports (financial statements) for review
• Support mail flow and deposits between GRF offices
• Contribute to year-end tax package preparation and related inquiries
• Other projects and duties as assigned
