Job summary

Regal Executive Search is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Bookkeeper for a business management firm serving touring artists. You will handle full-charge bookkeeping, financial reporting, and direct communication with clients to ensure smooth operations across multiple accounts.

The role requires strong QuickBooks Desktop and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several client deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of account management and bookkeeping for touring artists
• QuickBooks Desktop expertise is required
• Strong Excel skills with reconciliations and financial tracking
• Excellent attention to detail and client communication
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client schedules

Responsibilities

• Full-charge bookkeeping for multiple touring and entertainment clients
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and vendor payments
• Preparing financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and tour financial summaries
• Tracking and managing artist commissions, royalties, and tour expenses
• Communicating directly with clients and their teams to provide financial updates, answer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring month-end closes, tax preparation, and compliance deadlines are met
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for touring clients
• Supporting new client onboarding and financial system setups
