Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in entertainment or 3+ years of general accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email)
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Perform reconciliations (credit cards and bank)
• Maintain electronic filing system
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and representatives
• Assist in year-end tax package preparation
• Prepare journal entries and assist payroll processing
• Print and review financial statements
• Support mail flow and document handling
