Job summary

GRF, Focus Partners Business Management seeks a full-charge Bookkeeper with entertainment industry or property management bookkeeping experience to join our team at the San Rafael, CA office.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll support, and assisting with year-end tax packages, while maintaining meticulous records and clear communication with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in entertainment business management or 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with AgilLink software is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email).

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Assist in payroll processing and related reporting.
• Assist with year-end tax packages for accountants.
• Maintain electronic filing system.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and representatives via phone, email, and in-person.
• Identify, trace, and correct errors.
• Print reports for review.
