Job summary

Dalton Collision Centers Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for a growing collision repair shop. This is a full-time, onsite role with no remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and maintaining the GL in QuickBooks Online, plus monthly financial reporting and year-end collaboration with the CPA.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Dalton Collision is looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for our growing collision repair shop.

This is a full-time, onsite position. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities

• Work in harmony with existing accountant to split duties
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks Online

Prepare monthly financial reports

Work with management and CPA for year-end reporting

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Payroll Experience Preferred

Pay: $55,000 - $72,000 per year depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday
