Trublueyorktown is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative in Illinois. This role requires managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. Wec are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing financial records and providing an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in keeping our financials accurate while being the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Duties

• Manage daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and deposits
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

Customer Service Duties

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions
• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression
• Communicate repair updates and timelines clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist with insurance-related communication when needed
