Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable to maintain service standards.
• Review guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead a team of hourly associates and coach for performance and development.
