Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Albertville, AL to oversee daily operations and uphold guest experience standards. You will manage a team of hourly teammates, coordinate workload, train staff, and partner with store leadership to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a focus on safety, inventory, and brand standards in Food & Beverage areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan and manage daily/weekly workload and shift coverage to meet sales goals.
• Coach, train and evaluate team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive merchandising, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure food safety, inventory accuracy and brand standards across Food & Beverage.
