Job summary

Pro-Play Games is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily order processing and support warehouse operations. This on-site role in Miami requires hands-on leadership to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining efficient workflows and high standards.

You will guide a team, train associates, and monitor performance to meet timelines for online orders, in-store fulfillment, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with inventory tracking.
• Monitor order queues and adjust team priorities based on workload and deadlines.
• Support the preparation and fulfillment of orders for events and large shipments.
