Job summary

Cart.com, a fast-growing commerce enablement company, seeks a Fulfillment Center Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and kitting, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will train and supervise teams, optimize workflow, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and drive accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining compliance and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Previous lead or supervisory role in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate put-away of products into reserve and drop zone locations.
• Oversee replenishment of active locations based on system tasks.
• Manage kitting operations including re-labeling and product assembly.
• Monitor and ensure timely processing of returns per client requirements.
• Arrive prior to shift start to prepare workload distribution.
• Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functions.
• Enforce break times and time clock procedures.
• Support supervisor in achieving team productivity and goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
