You will oversee staffing, SOP execution, on-floor merchandising, and real-time performance analysis, while coordinating with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Events to support launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily revenue targets and monitor real-time performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and attendance to meet business needs.
• Coach, lead, and develop Sales Leads and Associates.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently executed on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Events to support launches.
• Track training progress and readiness for independent work.
