Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee the store’s fulfillment tasks and lead a team of hourly associates. You will drive guest satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
