Job summary

Pro-Play Games is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment operations, receive shipments, and prepare orders for shipment. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and accurate inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

You will organize stock, perform cycle counts, and maintain a safe, clean warehouse while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Organize inventory within designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Restock products and maintain accurate inventory locations.
• Ensure packaging meets company shipping standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational concerns.
• Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist other departments during periods of high operational demand.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.
