Job summary

You will partner with warehouse leadership to optimize workflows, monitor order fulfillment, and drive continuous improvements across inventory control, shipping, and receiving. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or fulfillment.
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and assign work priorities.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates throughout each shift.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure shipping deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain high standards for inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Conduct inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Train new Warehouse Associates on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
• Monitor productivity and provide real-time coaching.
• Escalate operational concerns to warehouse management when appropriate.
• Help enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist with scheduling priorities and workload balancing.
• Recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
