Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.
• Own day-to-day operations of one fulfillment site to ensure smooth, safe processes.
• Own scheduling and manage a labor budget to hit performance metrics.
• Maintain order accuracy and fast fulfillment to ensure good customer experience.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
