Job summary

Zipline in Phoenix is hiring a Ranger Support Coordinator to lead and scale our field support operations across the Phoenix metro area. You will manage a growing team of Field Support Technicians responsible for maintaining and supporting our Zipping Points, ensuring readiness and reliability for rapid customer deliveries.

This onsite role requires residency in the greater PHX area, willingness to travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field operations, service, maintenance, logistics, or related technical environment.
• Experience managing or leading teams, coaching and developing high-performing individuals.
• Strong technical or mechanical aptitude to support field-based systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing field support team across regions, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Own day-to-day field support operations at assigned Zipping Points for readiness and performance.
• Manage team scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage across locations.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to improve technical capability and customer interaction.
• Partner with Flight Ops, Customer Ops, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution and rapid issue resolution.
• Ensure sites meet cleanliness, organization, and functionality standards and complete preventative maintenance.
• Monitor high-level performance metrics and identify trends to improve field operations.
• Serve as escalation point for field operational or technical issues and drive resolutions.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements for site performance.
