Job summary

Zipline in Austin is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee three to five charging sites, lead a team of Fulfillment Operators, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will manage staffing, monitor performance, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver fast, accurate orders.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, travel between sites, and a focus on process improvement and customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Experience leading frontline employees in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fulfillment Operators across 3–5 sites.
• Build safety culture and enforce procedures.
• Own daily fulfillment operations at each site.
• Coordinate with Flight Ops, Customer Ops and cross‑functional teams.
• Create and manage team schedules and labor budget.
• Monitor performance against key metrics.
• Maintain order accuracy and service quality.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design process-improvement projects to boost safety and productivity.
• Respond quickly to challenges and reallocate staffing.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Develop team members through feedback and coaching.
