Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to support fulfillment operations in the greater Austin area. You will own day‑to‑day operations of 3‑5 charging sites, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely, and you will travel around the metroplex as needed.

You will lead a high‑performing team of Fulfillment Operators, manage scheduling and a labor budget, and focus on performance metrics and customer experience across all orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.
• Own the day‑to‑day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and safely.
• Own scheduling and manage a labor budget to meet performance metric goals.
• Ensure teams provide customers with the best possible experience on each order and maintain quality metrics.
• Use data to identify pain-points and design process improvements to enhance operations and the employee experience.
