Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Ranger Support Coordinator in the Phoenix metro area to lead and scale field support operations for Zipping Points. This onsite role requires hands‑on leadership, travel across the PHX area, and a commitment to delivering a world‑class partner and customer experience.

You will manage a growing team, drive safety standards, and collaborate with Flight Operations and Customer Operations to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field operations, service, maintenance, logistics, or a related technical environment.
• Prior experience leading or managing teams, with coaching capabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the PHX area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team of Field Support Technicians across multiple regions.
• Own the day‑to‑day field support operations across your assigned Zipping Points, ensuring readiness and reliability.
• Manage team scheduling and staffing to ensure consistent coverage across locations.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to improve capability and customer interaction.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Flight Operations, Customer Operations, and other teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure all Zipping Points maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality with inspections.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Act as escalation point for operational or technical issues in the field.
• Use data and field insights to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with on‑site partners and represent Zipline professionally.
