Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to support fulfillment operations in the greater Austin area. You will own day‑to‑day fulfillment operations across 3–5 charging sites, ensuring processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting performance metrics.

The role requires a motivated, experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments and is willing to roll up their sleeves. This onsite position demands residency in the Austin metro area and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in operations, warehouse logistics, retail management, fulfillment, or related field.
• Onsite in the greater Austin area and willingness to travel as needed.
• Must pass background check, drug test and E-Verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.
• Own day‑to‑day fulfillment operations of 3-5 charging sites (Zipline context).
• Manage scheduling and labor budget to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain high quality metrics: order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Use data to identify pain-points and design process improvements.
