Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Fulfillment Associate at our Michigan store. You'll pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

You will operate powered equipment, validate orders, assist customers, and support inventory accuracy using the Orders App. This role requires 6 months of computer experience and a high school diploma or GED, with forklift certification required.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting data.
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and guiding them to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety concerns.
• Contribute to a customer-first culture with strong communication and teamwork.
