Job summary

Doist is seeking a Process Assistant to manage workflow assignments in a fulfillment environment. You will support safety, production, cost and quality while enhancing the employee experience. The role requires servant-leader mindset, hands-on problem solving and strong communication with various teams.

You will assist with daily labor allocation, monitor attendance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with warehouse tools and effective feedback is valued for success.

Qualifications

• Education beyond high school and prior experience leading teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flex shifts, nights and weekends as business dictates.
• Experience with safety guidelines and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of all processes and policies.
• Assist Operations Managers with daily work assignments and shift start-up.
• Diagnose workflow challenges and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Lead with safety, production, cost and quality in decision making.
• Provide constructive feedback and effective communication.
• Coordinate cross-department communication and continuous improvement.
• Track attendance, break times and labor hours; report UPH.
• Ensure SOP/PMV compliance and keep workstations neat and organized.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up after training; speak to groups as needed.
• Operate with urgency and align with company values.
