Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant in Massachusetts (Stoughton) to support daily department duties and assist the Area Manager in achieving production goals. You will help allocate labor, lead meetings, assign tasks, and communicate with internal and external suppliers.

The role includes vacation coverage for Area Managers, tracking labor hours, coaching associates on safety, and participating in OE initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign duties and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Train associates and verify SOP compliance on the floor.
• Ensure area performance through tracking and feedback.
