Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support fulfillment center operations, performing tasks such as pick/pack, receive/stow, and inventory checks. Lead Process Assistants will relay instructions, motivate teams, and ensure a safe, compliant workspace.

Role supports operations leaders and associates to drive strong results; duties may include lifting and standing for long shifts in a fast-paced environment. Safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Support operations leaders and associates to deliver strong operations results in fulfillment centers.
• Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, unload/load trucks.
• Lead Process Assistants by communicating instructions, motivating them, and keeping work areas safe.
