Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Process Assistant to manage workflow assignments in a fulfillment and distribution environment in Arlington, TX. You will support management on safety, production, cost and quality while boosting employee experience and removing obstacles for associates.

Qualifications

• Education beyond high school and prior experience leading teams is a plus.
• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to operate warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of processes and policies.
• Assign daily work responsibilities, allocate labor, lead start-up meetings.
• Diagnose and solve workflow challenges with leadership.
• Lead with safety, production, cost and quality considerations.
• Provide timely feedback in a training capacity.
• Communicate cross-departmentally and coordinate with teams.
• Monitor attendance, break periods, and track labor hours/UPH.
• Ensure SOP/PMV compliance and keep work stations organized.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up post training.
• Operate with urgency and attention to detail.
