Job summary

Rent The Runway is seeking a Process Assistant to manage workflow assignments within a fulfillment environment. You will support Operations Managers, lead safety initiatives, and help improve productivity while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, willingness to work flexible shifts, and comfort with warehouse tools and basic software.

Qualifications

• Education beyond high school preferred; prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flex shifts, nights and weekends as business dictates.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with warehouse tools and basic computer/spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working knowledge of processes and policies.
• Assist Operations Managers with daily work assignments and shift start-ups.
• Troubleshoot workflow challenges and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Lead with safety, production, cost and quality in decision making.
• Provide timely feedback and communicate across departments.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement within the team.
• Track attendance, break periods, and labor hours; verify SOP/PMV compliance.
• Support training, ramp-up periods, and overall employee experience.
