Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nashville seeks a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill BOSS orders, sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipment to customers and retail stores. The role involves working in the back room, ensuring quality and presentation of merchandise for customers.

You will assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, maintaining safe work practices, and supporting store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.
• Pulls merchandise from designated stock locations and place in proper containers.
• Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using material handling equipment.
