Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Clarksville, IN is seeking a Part Time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill orders, sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. You will assist customers on the sales floor during open hours and help maintain product quality and presentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0-2 years of experience, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing and close orders in BOSS system.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Receives merchandise and inspects it before filling orders.
• Picks, packs, and prepares merchandise for shipment to customers or stores.
• Moves merchandise using equipment or manually to appropriate locations.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows safety procedures in the back room.
• Attends mandatory training and helps customers on the sales floor.
• Communicates issues affecting order execution (short picks, stock levels, supplies).
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
