Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. You will work in the back room, assist customers on the sales floor, and maintain product quality and presentation.

Must have a high school diploma, 0–2 years of experience, and be comfortable using basic packing and loading tools. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred in retail or fulfillment.
• Ability to read UPC labels and process orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders, sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect and handle merchandise to maintain quality and presentation.
• Assist customers in-store and support back-room operations as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain good housekeeping.
• Complete training and adhere to safety procedures.
