Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Fulfillment Outfitter to support the BOSS process, filling orders, sorting, picking, packing and loading merchandise for shipment to customers or other stores. You will also assist customers on the sales floor during open hours and maintain merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing stock, using correct containers and UPC codes, and ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by pulling merchandise from stock locations.
• Sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers or stores.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Operate receiving equipment and move merchandise using material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work environment; follow training and safety procedures.
