Job summary

Art.com is seeking a Manager, Fulfillment Optimization & Analytics to lead our order-flow and drop‑ship initiatives in Indianapolis. This hands‑on role oversees end‑to‑end transmission of orders, monitors performance, and partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive improvements.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and own systems improvements, ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment and vendor reliability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in analytics, operations, fulfillment, supply chain, or business systems roles.
• Experience in e‑commerce preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems, API-driven integrations, and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end electronic order transmission across internal systems and external partners; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize routing, batching, and production workflows to increase throughput and reduce defects.
• Own daily drop‑ship execution, vendor communication, and performance analytics; ensure partners meet quality, speed, and reliability standards.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to illuminate order‑flow health, fulfillment performance, and vendor reliability.
• Serve as the business owner for fulfillment‑related systems; work with Product/Engineering to troubleshoot issues and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead structured optimization initiatives using data, root‑cause analysis, and experimentation.
• Collaborate across Operations, Customer Service, Product, Engineering, and Vendor Management for seamless order flow and rapid issue resolution.
• Act as first‑line owner for order‑flow disruptions, system failures, and vendor exceptions.
• Maintain clear process documentation, workflows, and training materials for fulfillment and drop‑ship operations.
