Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist in a remote or hybrid role based near the Indianapolis area.

You will manage intercompany transfers, purchased goods, and our connectivity business, focusing on accurate promise dates and performance metrics across fulfillment processes. You will work with Customer Service, Logistics, and Material Management to optimize order status, shipping coordination, and product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business related major preferred.
• Minimum three years of related experience in order fulfillment or supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel, AS400, SAP and Hyperion/Toad reporting; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze open orders and backlog to determine priorities.
• Evaluate inventory availability to improve promise date accuracy.
• Own reporting and insights on fulfillment performance for stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving fulfillment issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to provide timely order status.
• Partner with Logistics/Warehouse to optimize outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with Material Management to ensure product availability.
