Job summary

Motion Industries in Birmingham, AL seeks a Corporate Fulfillment Analyst to monitor vendor purchase-to-pay processes and provide end-to-end visibility of orders in transit, ensuring receipt timeliness and accuracy across the distribution network.

Under supervision, you will analyze data, accelerate shipments, and collaborate with North American branches and sales offices to optimize inventory availability, improve order visibility, and support corporate supply chain goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain or 3–5 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor purchase-to-pay processes and monitor order status.
• Expedite late orders and improve order visibility across DC/FC networks.
• Collaborate with North American branches and sales offices to support fulfillment.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage data to drive decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy and drive continuous process improvements.
