Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and monitors vendor purchase-to-pay processes to ensure visibility of orders.
• Expedites late orders and follows up on shipments; maintains relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Acts as the primary contact for North American branches and sales offices for DC/FC orders.
• Uses BI tools to manage data accuracy and drive process optimization.
• Collaborates with teams to improve order life cycle from placement to receipt.
