Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet Target's guest service standards.
• Provide feedback and accountability to team while recognizing good performance.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Lead the team to support sales growth and store profitability.
• Plan daily workload and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support pickup and ship-from-store operations as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and development of team members.
• Adhere to safety, security, and food handling guidelines.
