Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee daily fulfillment tasks, coach hourly team members, and ensure delivery and guest experience standards. The role emphasizes planning, process improvements, and workload management to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include leading a team in order picking, packing, shipping, and delivery fulfillment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and high service levels with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
