Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to drive a best-in-class guest experience and lead a team of hourly teammates. You will plan workloads, coordinate picks, packs, and shipping to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Support safety and compliance, uphold food safety if applicable, and maintain accurate processing.
