Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Executive Team Leader to drive efficient order fulfillment, manage a team of hourly leaders, and sustain a guest-first culture in-store. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and strong communication with partners across departments.

You will oversee workload planning, coaching, and performance management while ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to Target's service standards. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
