Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates, including interviewing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance, and model ethical conduct.
• Lead pickup and ship-from-store workloads to enable timely delivery and freshness.
• Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and action improvements.
