Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor fulfillment reporting and identify gaps to drive improvements and store profitability.
