Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Carmel, IN, to drive guest experiences and fulfillment excellence. This role leads a team of hourly team members, plans daily workload, and partners with leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train and coach associates, optimize processes, and ensure accurate order fulfillment, delivery, and store operations. A strong focus on guest service and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
