Job summary

Target in San Dimas seeks a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to supervise hourly team members and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while maintaining guest satisfaction. You will lead training, set expectations, and model a service-first culture.

You will plan daily workloads, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals, safety standards, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and training for staff.
• Observe performance and provide feedback, coaching as needed.
