Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced fulfillment team. You will pick, pack, receive product, and support drivers, handling inventory and safety standards in the facility.

This role requires a flexible schedule across 1st–3rd shifts, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. Prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working in restaurant or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available for peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite)

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product, ensure inventory count matches PO/invoice, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
