Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff across multiple shifts in Texas. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting delivery promises through data-driven decisions and cross-team collaboration.

You will drive large projects, mentor staff, balance workloads, and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to achieve business goals while supporting a dynamic fulfillment network in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
