Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff across site operations. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery, using data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and performance.

You will mentor a large workforce, coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and HR, and manage large-scale projects with regional impact. The role requires flexibility in shifts and physical duties as part of the fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
