Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff in the United States. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while using data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency.

The role covers the First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile workflows and supports multiple site openings for professional growth. You will partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to ensure on-time customer deliveries and sustain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
