Job summary

Target in College Station, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide a fast-moving team in delivering a seamless guest experience. You will lead hourly team members, train, coach, and schedule to meet daily fulfillment goals while upholding guest service standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving in a busy store environment. Prior retail leadership helps, but candidates with strong communication and a hands-on approach will excel in this role,

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments contribute to store profitability.
• Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.
• Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up and maintain a compliance culture.
